One of the ways we aim to foster that trust is by being as transparent as possible about how you can reach us and when we will respond. To help set clear expectations, today I’m sharing a bit about our office hours, our commitment to communication, and the friendly faces behind our administrative team.

Our Administrative Team: Dedicated To Serving You

First, an introduction! Our dedicated admin team is the backbone of our day-to-day operations. The team is comprised of me, Camila, our exceptional office scheduler, and our newest addition to the office team, Elizabeth. Between the three of us, we strive to ensure every question is answered, every concern addressed, and every detail managed efficiently.

Fun fact: Elizabeth was a pet sitter for me all 4 years of college. She was the youngest pet sitter I ever hired! She just graduated from the University of North Georgia and is excited to join our administrative team. We’re thrilled to have her!

Camila and Elizabeth are typically your first point of contact; they manage scheduling, coordinate logistics, and keep everything running smoothly. Meanwhile, I am here to oversee operations, manage more complex requests, and step in whenever needed to offer support. Together, we’re committed to offering you a seamless experience every time you reach out.

Our Office Hours: Responding to Your Requests

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM. During this time, you can expect timely responses to emails, calls, and other communication. We’ve structured our hours to optimize productivity and ensure we’re available when most scheduling requests are received. Within this window, we work diligently to answer your inquiries, schedule appointments, and handle other administrative tasks.

Because ours is a 24/7 business, which offers services 365 days a year, morning, noon, and night, having office hours allows us to stay on top of client communication while affording us a way to balance after-hours business demands. We aren’t “off” after 4 PM; we are simply focusing on other aspects of our business.

Our After Hours Protocols: Reserved for Urgent Matters

We understand that life doesn’t always stick to a predictable schedule. Sometimes, urgent matters arise after business hours, on weekends, and on holidays. While our main office is closed outside of the above hours, we monitor emails, voicemails, and other messages for urgent or time-sensitive situations.

Travel Delays

Primarily, we keep an eye out for messages related to travel delays that may require us to extend reservations or make last-minute adjustments. If you experience an emergency or an unforeseen circumstance that truly cannot wait until the next business day, please know that we are doing our best to catch these messages and respond when possible.

That said, it’s important to note that we cannot guarantee immediate replies outside of business hours. Our after-hours monitoring is focused on addressing only those matters that are truly urgent. For everything else, we ask for your patience and understanding.

Non-Urgent Requests

For non-urgent inquiries, general questions, or routine requests, we encourage you to reach out during our regular office hours. This helps us ensure that your matter receives the attention it deserves and that we can offer you the best possible service. If you happen to contact us outside of hours, rest assured that we will follow up promptly the next business day.
